About Me
I’m a product leader who thrives in complexity and takes work from vague problem to real-world impact. I’ve led products across startups, scale-ups and large institutions, often in environments where clarity didn’t exist yet and had to be created.
My product career took off by co-founding and leading a digital product agency, where I grew a profitable business through three years of real uncertainty. That chapter built the instincts I rely on most: commercial clarity, high-agency and the ability to make sound decisions when the information is incomplete and the stakes are real.
Since then, I've led core platform transformation at a global health group, built a self-service workforce management product from the ground up and navigated a privacy architecture crisis in a zero-risk institutional environment.
I'm not a feature shipper. I work outward from the problem, triangulate between user insight, business context and technical reality, and advocate for the right thing even when it's uncomfortable. I bring genuine systems thinking, AI fluency earned from building with it rather than talking about it and a consistent track record of outcomes over activity.
